  1. Spending Time in Nature: Begin by immersing yourself in natural surroundings such as forests, parks, mountains, or bodies of water. Choose a peaceful setting where you can relax and observe without distractions.

 

  1. Deep Breathing and Relaxation: Take slow, deep breaths to calm your mind and body. Relax your muscles and let go of tension, allowing yourself to be fully present in the moment.

 

  1. Engage Your Senses: Use your senses to connect with nature. Feel the earth beneath your feet, listen to the sounds of birds or flowing water, inhale the scents of plants and flowers, and observe the play of light and shadows.
