Rebirthing breath work provides us with a stunning opportunity for deeper awakening to the Truth. This truth is found in the collective. In our ONENESS. In our UNITY. Soul Rebirthing is a natural breathing technique.
During these sessions you will find yourself lying down with all the comfort you need in our beautiful candlelit yoga studio. We then guide you into the breathing rhythm known as circular breathing. This occurs through the mouth or nose, we will specify this during the session. We gently guide your breath throughout the session. You will be breathing in this way for approximately 1 hour guided & held by Dave & I in an amazing safe space. During which you will experience a multitude of physical, emotional, mental & spiritual sensations.
On a physical level this breathing rhythm causes an energy flow throughout the body and this flow washes through any tension or blockages in the system. The subtle form of vibrational energy permeates every cell and clears out the negative charge in the cellular memory of the body - which has in store every experience a person has ever had since conception and in many cases even before.
Once you surrender to the bliss that comes there is a shift in your consciousness and that's when things start to truly open within & you start to “see” from your soul. From an expansive infinite perspective. The more your breathe the more expansive this perspective becomes. Every person has a different experience and every rebirth is different.
By rebirthing at regular intervals we are opening our being to the expanse of Truth. Increasing our spiritual connection with the universe, creating a flow of abundance into our lives.
